Fare For All is a program where anyone can shop for fresh, quality, and affordable groceries. Fare For All buys fresh produce and frozen meat from bulk wholesalers and growers, bundles them into $10-$30 packages, and distributes them at pop-up sites around the cities.
The result is nutritious food, up to 40% off retail price, in a time when families are struggling to make ends meet and in a place where there is little access to groceries. It is written in Isaiah 58:10, “If you offer your food to the hungry and satisfy the needs of the afflicted, then your light shall rise in the darkness”. This is a great opportunity for us to shine our light into the darkness, feed the hungry, and provide a great service to those in need in our backyard.
