Associate Pastor Call Process News
December 8, 2023:
The Church Council met in November, 2023 to appoint a call committee to begin the search for a full time associate pastor. This team has been chosen for their commitment, faith, and diverse perspectives. They will be working diligently over the next 6-9 months to interview candidates who can help All Saints continue the spiritual growth and unity of our church community.

We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with all members of the congregation. Feel free to reach out to them with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have. We’ll provide ongoing status reports about once a month as the committee begins its work.
We are confident that under their leadership, we will find the very best candidate to call as our new associate pastor. Please join us in praying for them as they undertake this important responsibility.
January 16, 2024:
The process to call our new associate pastor is well underway! Our call committee met on January 2, 2024 and was joined by Craig Pederson (assistant to the bishop of the Minneapolis Area Synod). We were able to ask Craig some questions, as well as discuss norms, timelines, and expectations for this process. We elected Tim Sauer to act as chair and communicator for this committee, Katie Feltmann was elected as note taker, and I will act as “chaplain” for the group. This committee will meet again at the end of January and will be tasked with retooling our “Ministry Site Profile” (a document that will be distributed to all available pastoral candidates). Please pray that the Holy Spirit continues to be at work in this committee and that we remain open to where it leads us!
